I make mouth-wateringly melty and delicious heart-shaped truffles—made with organic, fair-trade dark chocolate, butter and cream.
(As a result, they need to be refrigerated when not being consumed, but they don't often make it that far. Also, they can be frozen for longer-term goals!)
Currently a box of 6 truffles is $15, and I am working on pricing for larger quantities for parties and gatherings, as well as looking into selling them out of local stores. I am also working on perfecting a vegan version of this truffle, which would include coconut oil and other coconut products.
My business name "Lemon and Scratch Baking Co." came to me in a dream when I first started the company back in 2010!
I also make raw, vegan and gluten free pies and treats, and can price/make to order!
